Directions To New Orleans City Park

• Take the I-10 East towards New Orleans
• Once in New Orleans, continue on to I-610 East towards Slidell, exit #230
• Take the Canal Blvd./West End Blvd. Exit, exit #1A
• Turn right onto Canal Blvd.
• Turn left at Navarre Ave.
• Navarre Ave ends at Marconi Dr. which is the boundary of City Park
• You are at the RACE START LOCATION
• (You may park on Marconi Dr. in any legal parking space or in the Park along Marconi Dr.)
• Look above the Oak Trees and notice the stadium lights.
• Race Registration is in Tad Gormley Stadium
• Turn left on Marconi Dr. and Tad Gormley Stadium in on your right.

From Slidell:

• Take the I-10 West
• Take the I-610 West exit towards Baton Rouge/New Orleans International Airport, exit #238B.
• Merge on I-610 West.
• Take the Canal Blvd. exit
• Turn left onto Canal Blvd.
• Turn left at Navarre Ave.
• Navarre Ave ends at Marconi Dr. which is the boundary of City Park
• You are at the RACE START LOCATION
• (You may park on Marconi Dr. in any legal parking space or in the Park along Marconi Dr.)

From the Crescent City Connection (West Bank):

• Take the I-10 west.
• Take the Canal Blvd./West End Blvd. exit.
• Take the Canal Blvd. exit.
• Turn right onto Canal Blvd.
• Turn left at Navarre Ave.
• Navarre Ave ends at Marconi Dr. which is the boundary of City Park
• You are at the RACE START LOCATION

From the French Quarter:

• Take Esplanade Avenue to Wisner Blvd.
• Take a left on Wisner Blvd. and right at the light on City Park Blvd. (southern boundary of City Park)
• Proceed on City Park Blvd. to Marconi Dr. and turn right.
• The RACE START LOCATION is directly in front.
• (You may park on Marconi Dr. in any legal parking space or in the Park along Marconi Dr.)
• Race Registration is in Tad Gormley Stadium
• Turn left on Marconi Dr. and Tad Gormley Stadium in on your right.

If taking public transportation from downtown, take the Esplanade bus (#48) from the corner of Canal and Rampart Streets. From other areas of the city, call the RTA at 827-RIDE (7433).
